What is your turn around time?

A: This is IN LAB(does not include shipping)
Custom Orthotics: 5-7 business days.
Richie Braces: 10-15 business days.
Over the Counter (if in stock) 1 business day.

What is your hold process?

A: If an order must go on hold and we need to call you about your order, your order and casts will go to client services. They will call you on your order every other day. You will receive 3 phone calls and then a card will be sent. If no response is made we will hold your order for 90 days.

What is a 3 day rush?

A: If you order a 3 day rush on your order, your orthotics will be done IN LAB in 3 business days. Please note this does not include shipping times. This applies only to custom orthotics. Restrictions apply to Intown accounts please contact client services.

Can you ship directly to patient?

A: We can, just please supply the patient’s address on the order form. A charge does apply, please contact client services. Shipping to international addresses please contact client services for pricing.

How long do we keep casts?

A: Plaster casts are kept for 90 days. If your casts are scanned by Cad/Cam they will be kept in our computer system for years. Please contact client services to see if we still have casts in our system.

What is included in a refurbish?

A: It includes the following: extrinsic posting is redone, the shells are cleaned up, all accommodations such as padding, top cover and bottom covers are redone.

What is the AOR Program?

A: Assured Orthotic Replacement (AOR) is an outgrowth/lost/stolen insurance that the patient purchases from Allied OSI Labs directly. The AOR Program is $42.00 and it Allows for a discounted cost in case a child outgrows or loses their orthotics. Adults can purchase this, but can only claim the lost/stolen claim. This does not include any fees the doctor charges for recasting an outgrowth.
